Best wax I've had so far. But still pretty painful. Staff were great though!

Though the beautician was sweet and friendly (and she did make me feel comfortable) the Hollywood wax was the most painful I've had and far from thorough - I had to shave afterwards which is the opposite of what I wanted to do. She was slow which would have been fine had it not been for the slow tugging, the remaining hair, going over the same areas and still not managing to remove hair. She left the sides on my inner thighs and did not do the back either... for £30 totally a waste of money, time and growing it out. I rely heavily on reviews and this salon had been rated highly, however, I was left in pain and disappointed to say the least. One thing worth mentioning is that the usual beautician is apparently on holiday for three weeks so she may be a lot better.
