This facial was exactly what I was looking for. Having experienced adult acne in the past, I needed a hands on approach to thoroughly clean my skin and avoid any future breakouts. Elvira did an excellent job. The only unfortunate incident was I had a reaction to a retinol that was used as I was unaware of a sensitivity I had to it. But other than that, my skin felt very clear and smooth afterwards.
