The booking process was easy. El texted me the day before to ask if I could bring cash which was fine and the advanced notice was appreciated.
El was really friendly and easy to talk to and the ear candling was exactly as expected. El explained what was going to happen at each stage though so if it had been my first time that would have been reassuring.

The appointment was so easy. I arrived early and I was still welcomed in to start the treatment. the lady is very professional and friendly and has a great attention to details, making sure the treatment is done thoroughly.

The treatment was explained to me and I was made comfortable, then proceeded to lie down and got the treatment completed in a very relaxed atmosphere and a very friendly lady. All went very smoothly.
