Elsina is lovely and makes you feel very comfortable. Probably the least painful wax I've had but amazing value. No stinging or soreness or redness after, no stickiness or remaining bits of wax stuck anywhere, and not a hair in sight! I will definitely be coming back!

Face massage was great, and left my face feeling clean and refreshed. Foot massage was nice. However, the hand massage was not great and lasted a little under 10 minutes instead of 20 minutes meaning I received 50 minutes of massage instead of the 60 I paid for.
