I really liked how the hairdresser was very efficient and attentive to detail of my hair and did exactly on the photo I showed him! Great job!

Very disappointing experience. They advertised a deal of half leg and Hollywood for 40. The beautician started using strip wax without asking first, I've been getting waxed for 3 years and hot wax is standard for a Hollywood. They then retrospectively tried to charge an extra 5pounds for hot wax. The leg wax wasn't a pleasant experience and the Hollywood was aggressive and pinched my skin at times so hurt much more than usual. They also only take cash which I was only told after the treatment.
