It was my first time at Ela’s. Staff were super friendly and helpful, Ela had great recommendations for my haircut, she was very considerate and careful not to cut too much and checked in with me all the time which I really appreciated after having some not so great experiences in other salons where they just cut what they want. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone looking for a nice salon with great people in it to pay a visit.

WOW! Where do I begin? This is quite simply the best haircut I have had in over 10 years! I hadn't found my "go to" hairdresser since moving to London in 2014...but I am glad to say that I have found her now! Ela is amazing, very patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly...outstanding service, my hair and I feel wonderful!! Thank you so much, I will be back!

My first-time experience with Ela styling my hair was great. Ela is friendly, very knowledgeable and experienced in hairstyling and she gave tips regarding the style I wanted and was careful to ensure I was happy with the look. 100% recommend her services.

Ela is amazing. She is very friendly and warm and is lovely to talk to.
She did an amazing job fixing a really bad haircut I had from another hairdresser months ago.
She asked lots of questions and explained everything she was doing. I love my new hair! The salon is also lovely, it was absolutely spotless and the decor is very nice. I will definitely be back!
