After a lot of panic and stress, I had my microloop hair extensions removed by Leane. She was absolutely brilliant and made me feel completely at ease. She ensured there was minimal damage to my natural hair by which I was so glad as I thought I would end up loosing loads. She was so friendly and such a lovely person. Will definitely go back to ElCee's in future.
