With qualifications in Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Reiki, she brings a well-rounded approach to healing. Whether you opt for a deep tissue technique to release stubborn tension or a soothing aromatherapy massage to relax and rejuvenate, Elea's goal is always the same: to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and completely relaxed. Her intuitive approach allows her to tailor each session to your body’s unique needs, addressing muscular discomfort, stress, and emotional blockages. After a brief consultation at the start of your session, she will create a treatment plan designed specifically for you, ensuring that every aspect of your session is focused on your personal needs. At the heart of Elea's practice is her genuine desire to help others. With her caring, attentive nature, she takes great pride in creating a nurturing space where healing can take place. Elea is currently expanding her expertise by studying Naturopathy and Acupuncture, further enhancing her ability to offer holistic care. She is a registered member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and holds an ITEC qualification.
