Everyone at Elegance were delightfully friendly and my beautician was especially so, and very sensitive to my personal needs. My skin has been so soft and happy since my facial. The only thing I would mention is that there were quite a few noises from outside the treatment room that kept disturbing my calm, and the steamer in the room had an annoying ticking noise, like a loud ticking clock, so I kept being drawn in and out of my relaxation. Apart from that, all very very lovely

While I was greeted with a smile, there was constant background noise (almost seemed like furniture was being moved around) and a clock ticking during the treatment. This made it really hard for me to put my mind at ease. The room was tiny but warm. However, the therapist was highly skilled and did a great job.
