I booked my treatment last minute but they were able to accommodate me quickly and even saw me early when I arrived ahead of schedule. The treatment was professional and really lovely and relaxing, and my therapist Summer was very nice and also gave me some excellent advice regarding my skin care routine. Have been to elegance before and will definitely visit again
Classic Facials
My daughter and I Paid £40 each for what we u derstood was a luxurious pedicure... we had not asked for manicure. On arrival girls assumed we were to have a manicure as well no mention of a refund for only half treatment!!
We proceeded to have a very half hearted pedicure. The girl who treated me was sullen and lazy she stopped my treatment about 15 mins before my daughter..... I left feeling angry , certainly not as I expected to feel fr a luxury pedicure!
