Staff were lovely, chatty, and put me at ease. Only small issue is that for the price I would have expected hot wax as salons in Cambridge offer the same service with same level of customer service and ambience as Elegance but for significantly cheaper.

I really enjoyed my visit at Elegance. Very friendly staff, the place was very clean and it had gread music. Although i made a mistake when i made the booking the staff was very kind and solved my mistake right away. I was very pleased with my eyebrows and i will certainly visit the salon again! I definitely recommend it!
