Booked in advance , however beauty therapist was not expecting me and was triple booked . Asked me to come back 15 minutes after my appointment , unfortunately I could not do this , had other appointments to attend . Service was very rushed as the beauty therapist was in the middle of another treatment and had other clients waiting . Beauty therapist was clearly under pressure .

Kavita did an excellent job doing my gel nail extensions. She was very polite, friendly and listened to what I wanted. She was very dedicated to getting my nails just right. The reason I gave 4 not 5 stars was just because the filing was a bit rough at one point and cut my cuticles. (Likely down to my cuticles being dry too). Nails look and feel great though- would highly recommend Elegance Beauty Salon Fort Kinnaird.
