No shoulders were touched nevermind massaged neck hardly touched by the description it should of happened. I understand vigorous scratching is to be done but the whole time.? Won't be back was no atmosphere and cold sat in my hoodie the whole time

Hi,
My treatment did NOT happen, when I got to the salon on Saturday they had not received my booking and they were fully booked so couldn’t carry out my massage.
I have emailed re a refund, I would appreciate if this can b sorted.
