Rude customer service this afternoon during my appointment. There was no atmosphere, no conversation & we sat in silence throughout. Interrupted during painting my nails to discuss an appointment with another customer which I accepted. I was then advised that I had overpaid by over £10 and was told that if I had not pre-paid/booked through TreatWell, I would have been charged substantially less. When asked if there was anything that could be done, I was told a blunt no. Will NOT be returning.
Made me at ease from the start and obviously experienced and professional.
Checked with me all along for what i wanted and what suited
Brilliant result
This was my second visit to this salon. I booked with Sairah but instead I got Miriam. All in all, my nails are okay but the whole experience was not great . I was there to get my nails done and that’s what I got. No ambiance.
Excellent , I was booked for Kabila but it was actually Sairah who did my french manicure. It was my first time here and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend.
