Eyebrows were left a mess. Missed various hairs and face was left with all the excess hairs. Been getting threading for years and my eyebrows HURT because of the numerous cuts above and below my eyebrows. Worse experience I’ve had getting my eyebrows done.

Therapist was lovely but waited 20mins for appointment to start leading to having to use strip wax instead of hot wax as to not be late for work. Therapist was keen to suggest this when I usually dislike the result from strip wax as I have sensitive skin. Unfortunately as expected due to this my result isn’t great feeling very bruised and already can see ingrown hairs happening. Generally less comfortable and have stubble already coming back and a bad rash. I have no complaints about the lady she was very lovely but really shouldn’t have had to make a choice to go for a quicker method of waxing due to timing issues when I had already paid for hot wax.
Notes on my therapist she was very lovely, professional and efficient. it’s just strip wax isn’t a good option for me and I felt a little pressured to have to have this.
