My treatment did NOT happen, when I got to the salon on Saturday they had not received my booking and they were fully booked so couldn’t carry out my massage.
I have emailed re a refund, I would appreciate if this can b sorted.

Rude customer service this afternoon during my appointment. There was no atmosphere, no conversation & we sat in silence throughout. Interrupted during painting my nails to discuss an appointment with another customer which I accepted. I was then advised that I had overpaid by over £10 and was told that if I had not pre-paid/booked through TreatWell, I would have been charged substantially less. When asked if there was anything that could be done, I was told a blunt no. Will NOT be returning.
Made me at ease from the start and obviously experienced and professional.
Checked with me all along for what i wanted and what suited
Brilliant result
