When I turned up, they were closing the shop. I explained I had booked an eyebrow wax with Treatwell five minutes ago and already prepaid. They explained Treatwell appointments do not show up on their system for 30 minutes. Luckily, they managed to fit me in quickly. I was really happy with my eyebrow wax. I will remember in future not to book so close to the appointment time or prepay with Treatwell.

Really great massage - shoulder pain much better. Only pointer would be that a slightly more relaxing environment would be better. Maybe spa music a bit louder to mask noise from rest of salon?
