1 hour 15 minutes late and despite paying for removal the salon claimed I had not. Service was awful and the girls in the salon cannot make any decisions without contacting their head office.

Unfortunately,I got stuck in traffic and was 10mins late. She couldn’t keep my appointment, understandable tho disappointing as I tried to call them several times on the way, but all I got was a automated answering service which didn’t put me through.
I asked if it was possible to just get a removal for 6 nails that needed it, I had said I didn’t mind paying full price for a full gel mani just to get the removal, but was told no.
Not once was I offered an alternative time, nor refund.
