Had to wait over an hour for a member of staff who could do eyelash extentions to show up for work. Paid more through treatwell than the Salon charges. The Semi permenant eyelashes they do here are express eyelashes, which is not what i was expecting. Would not use again.
The girl who did my massage yesterday was amazing. Best massage I’ve had by far. I don’t normally write reviews but honestly the staff were super friendly and great at what they do. I also come here for waxing the girl is great. She’s fast and it doesn’t hurt. I Will always use this place from now on

Face broke out in masses of spots, blood was drawn to surface and the redness did not go away for four to five days. No ore-cooling treatment on face, and a tiny bit of aloe Vera afterward. Really disappointed. I get threaded regularly and have never broken out like this, or had blood drawn. Awful experience.

Desi always does a fantastic job of my nails and it’s such a hard task as they are really badly bitten but I’m so pleased with the end result
