Normally when you get LVL at any other salon you lie on a bed in a relaxed environment. In Elegance you sit on a barbers chair which they tilt back. I had to sit for 45 minutes with my eyes closed with all the commotion of the salons behind me. It was not relaxing at all and I felt apprehensive. The lady who did my treatment had her child with her, who stood at my head talking to her mum while she worked. Her other children ran up and down the length of the salon behind my chair. There was a quiet room next to where my chair was and the staff and the children kept entering that room nudging my chair as they went past. It was rather uncomfortable 45 minutes with my eyes closed. The lash lift was not good and I left feeling like I hadn’t had anything done. I will not go back and in future will wait for an appointment at another salon.
