Despite booking to get my eyelashes done weeks in advance when I arrived this morning neither of the people of worked there were trained to do lashes. Nor could they give me a refund as it was booked and paid for on treatwell. So disappointed. So left without eyelashes or a refund or any offer of a compromise or solution. Would not book again and would not recommend to anyone.

So disappointed. I would leave zero stars if I could. I booked to get semi permanent eyelashes weeks and weeks in advance as a birthday treat. I arrived and although two stay there neither were trained and couldn’t do it. It was too late to book somewhere else as they hadn’t notified me or tried to rectify the issue in advance but they also couldn’t issue a refund as it was booked through treatwell. No alternative treatment or compromise was offered and I left without my money or eyelashes done. I honestly would never use them again. Even though I had previously had ok experience there. I also made me lose faith in the treatwell app system as couldn’t refund and was the salon notified properly of the appointment if no one was there to do treatment so if think again about using app in future!

No proper pedicure seat and for massage part of treatment no room for the girl to walk round also no toilet facilities if needed
