Unfortunately my visit to the salon was unpleasant. Customer service was poor and I observrd the low staff morale had a direct impavt on the service i received. My bookings were not honoured in the order i booked. This resulted me not receiving my pedicure. I have emailed the salon however so far i have not had a satisfactory response. The salon is qouting that they have no control over the order of appointments as i booked tgrough treatwell.
Lovely clean salon, wax was quick only thing was the Hollywood wax was not as thorough as I’ve previously had elsewhere. Little disappointing considering I paid more for this one than previous ones
