I came there at my booking time but they don’t have any record for my booking so I need to go back again in 15 mins so they can help me to check. Luckily they can fit me in but my Hollywood waxing is horrible, the room looks dirty, the towels got dirt all over, clearly haven’t changed for a while. The waxing is painful, the girl who did it clearly not really specialise in it. The waxing are burning hot when she put on my private part and she even laughed when I said it’s hot! She also missed a lot of parts as well. Overall I am not happy about my experience and definitely won’t be back
Booked same day via treatwell but the appointment hadn't registered with them so they weren't expecting me. Still managed to fit me in though :)

Therapists can’t access the treatwell booking system had to wait on manager who was 10 mins late! Wouldn’t accept a disclaimer and refused to do treatment! Treatment price dearer on treatwell than advertised in shop! Overall very unprofessional and got the feeling the manager just couldn’t be bothered!!

My shellac manicure has already chipped day 2 😫 I also feel as if service was rushed and when you look closely at my nails some parts haven’t been painted with top coat therefore no shine. Lady who done my nails was lovely and nice clean venue. Would not recommend, definitely not worth the money
