The ambiance could be improved quite a noisy area because the unit is quite small therefore you can hear lots of comingand goings and the music was quite loud to drown out the voices but the staff were lovely and the massage itself was amazing and it lasted the full 30 minutes . Perhaps some products which have smell to it would be nicer .

I have a regular girl who normally does mines but she was away travelling so thought I'd give here a go given the decent rating. Was a slightly uncomfortable experience, pulling my lashes so my lids would open slightly and then taping my lids open! Girl I go to is normally you wouldn't know she's doing anything! Looked fine when I checked in the mirror before leaving the cabin though, the Lashes are so glue heavy after inspecting closely when I got home! I can't get a spooly through them! Lots of little clusters of glue holding my natural lashes together with the false lashes wedged in too. Was a nightmare trying to get across I wanted natural look given if booked the natural lashes. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.
