Asked for polish, had shellac put on instead. Asked for a square round shape, lady did round. They only had 10 colour options for nails which they should have made clear when booking. Owner started a foot treatment then got busy and couldn’t finish due to another client so had to clean off myself. Overall, wasn’t a good service. Wouldn’t recommend and I now need to pay for someone to remove the shellac polish.

Really bad electrolysis experience. Was done in a way that would encourage more hair growth (pulling the hair roughly before it comes out) and unhygienic - didn’t sanitise the face before treatment and proceeded with the treatment after dropping the needle on the floor. Stopped the treatment after a few minutes. In need of a full refund.

Kiran is great at what she does and such a lovely lady! My lashes last for about 6 weeks from a LVL lash lift and tint and she did a great job tinting and shaping my brows too. Can’t recommend her enough!
