She was lovely but really not a great experience. After my facial I still had lots of product left on my face when I came downstairs. I booked a facial but also got a neck and shoulder massage which was asserted as part of the treatment. It wasn’t great just felt like she moved her hands up and down my body. Not a super relaxing atmosphere either as the YouTube playlist is constantly interjected with ads.

The massage was exactly what i needed and the foot massage was heavenly. The facial was beautiful and i felt so relaxed for the first time. Normally even in a massage im using my phone but this time my phone was on the side and i was out cold lol. Kiran was amazing and i cant explain how amazing the back neck and shoulder massage was. Literally she paid attention to every little knot and pain in my back. I need to go back again!
