They didn’t appear to know that I was coming and were unsure regarding the treatment booked

Treatment was average. Wax used was too hot and left a burn mark on my skin.
Salon was really unclean, the floor in the treatment room was really sticky.
No staff available when I walked in. Sat down for 10 minutes until a member of staff walked in.
