I really enjoyed the massage and facial, I feel very relaxed and the therapist was really nice. I was surprised (nicely) by the hot stones which I hadn’t been expecting - it was very relaxing, and the massage bed was also heated so a lovely experience.
I would say that the venue doesn’t look great on arrival - letters missing from the signage I can forgive but it doesn’t look as clean and tidy in the salon as I would expect. I don’t think I would have booked if I’d seen the venue beforehand. However, as they say one shouldn’t judge a book by its cover! While I would have given five stars had the presentation been better, the experience itself was great, the staff very nice and at such amazing value, I will definitely be back.

The staff were great and nice but the place need some improvments.
