The treatment said it would be an hour,
however it was only 50 minutes. Which was quite disappointing, it felt a little rushed. Nonetheless, the facial was amazing, my skin felt great.

Venue was incredibly run down and mid massage a member of staff just walked into the room and left the door open to the room so anyone could see me on the table! While I'm undressed receiving a massage! Wasn't pleased at all. Massage was alright but the venue, the ambiance and the walking into the room mid massage was disappointing. Won't be returning.

Lovely staff, great wax and not too painful. They weren't aware of my prepaid booking so I had to prove this by showing them on my app, which is fine as I had my phone with me. All of the staff were kind and friendly.

Salon was dirty, attempted to do an intimate wax with warm wax rather than the hot wax advertised, went on the cause a minor burn with the hot wax, overall a terrible experience
