Been a few times here for waxing treatments. Very quick unlike some salons I've been to.

I arrived and went to the room and the owner who was down to do the massage said go upstairs and get ready. A few minutes later another lady appeared in thr treatment room so i asked was she doing the massage, she said no but kiran will be up soon. She then left the room only to come back a few minutes later and start the massage. Later kiran came up and took over from the other lady. The massage itself was good but halfway through she just left the room and didnt even say anything. She returned a short while later and said she had to move her car as at 4pm she'll get a ticket. Not very professional and i shall not be returning. I have been there a few times before but each time there always seems to be something that i'm not happy about. They have had enough chances.

Good value. The salon was not as flashy as some but it was OK. The staff were not as friendly as they could have been and the massage therapist stayed in the room while I undressed (normally they leave and re-enter) which was a little awkward. Also had the feeling they were on their phone as some of the massage was only done with one hand and I could hear keypad tones on a phone! Was still an OK massage though. I got HD brows done after and the brow technician (different lady) was very good.
