Didn't find the staff very welcoming. My eye brows are totally different shapes (I know they're sisters not twins but mine aren't even mates anymore) ended up ripping my eyelashes out 2 days later as they were so itchy and uncomfortable. My friend had the same treatment by a different lady there and had no problems what so ever. Such a shame the staff are not all trained at the same standard.
