Didn't find the staff very welcoming. My eye brows are totally different shapes (I know they're sisters not twins but mine aren't even mates anymore) ended up ripping my eyelashes out 2 days later as they were so itchy and uncomfortable. My friend had the same treatment by a different lady there and had no problems what so ever. Such a shame the staff are not all trained at the same standard.

The venue was quite small and not very well equipped it seemed- they didn't offer a proper beauty bed like most other salons usually do which made the two hours of leaning back in the chair quite uncomfortable. The woman who did my treatment did seem friendly and tried to make an effort to start off with but took several breaks to take personal calls while applying my eyelash extensions and at some points even continued to apply them while still on the phone. This seemed quite unprofessional given the amount of concentration applying the extensions takes. She also briefly left the salon unannounced at one point while I was the only person in there, which was quite concerning given that I was the only person in there and couldn't open my eyes at the time.
The results of the eyelash extensions were quite disappointing compared to previous experiences at other salons. The extensions were not as long as expected but were also quite poorly applied with some extensions being attached to three separate natural lashes and an excessive amount of adhesive used (I had clumps of it throughout my lashes, not only at the roots). The silk lashes I opted for also felt quite sharp rather than soft once on. Since having them done last week, my lashes have become quite itchy, probably because of damage to the hair follicles.
The eyebrow wax was okay but was quite rushed and the inner parts of my eyebrows weren't done.

Really happy with the treatment, which was effective as well as really enjoyable. I felt really comfortable and at ease in the environment. I would certainly go back to have the procedure again.
