Not up to the usual 5 star standard we've experienced in the past. Bit of a shame, but would give this place one more chance.

Appointment went off without an issue. Every thing was just okay. Nothing to really rave or complain about. Well, except the eyebrow wax left a lot to be desired. The technician explained that she was a better threader, but it doesn't excuse a meh job.

It is a very busy place with only one or two members of staff there at a time. I've never had a treatment where I was fully relaxed or had their full attention as the are constantly answering calls with you or going to greet customers coming through the door.
The facial was very nice and my skin felt great after.
The wax was ok, she wasnt very quick and this was prolonged a bit by the few calls she took. I was also left with some patches of hairs.
