Not up to the usual 5 star standard we've experienced in the past. Bit of a shame, but would give this place one more chance.

Appointment went off without an issue. Every thing was just okay. Nothing to really rave or complain about. Well, except the eyebrow wax left a lot to be desired. The technician explained that she was a better threader, but it doesn't excuse a meh job.

It is a very busy place with only one or two members of staff there at a time. I've never had a treatment where I was fully relaxed or had their full attention as the are constantly answering calls with you or going to greet customers coming through the door.
The facial was very nice and my skin felt great after.
The wax was ok, she wasnt very quick and this was prolonged a bit by the few calls she took. I was also left with some patches of hairs.

The women in the place were warm and helpful. Waxing treatment can be improved because it was a bit slow and some hair remained even though they were long enough. In fact the woman who did waxing asked me for checking the area but I didn't realize the remaining hair because of the powder she put after waxing. Anyways, she could have put the wax at least twice to make sure the hair is removed. So, if you go there, check the waxed area carefully so that they can help you in a better way. Thanks!
