It is a very busy place with only one or two members of staff there at a time. I've never had a treatment where I was fully relaxed or had their full attention as the are constantly answering calls with you or going to greet customers coming through the door.
The facial was very nice and my skin felt great after.
The wax was ok, she wasnt very quick and this was prolonged a bit by the few calls she took. I was also left with some patches of hairs.

The women in the place were warm and helpful. Waxing treatment can be improved because it was a bit slow and some hair remained even though they were long enough. In fact the woman who did waxing asked me for checking the area but I didn't realize the remaining hair because of the powder she put after waxing. Anyways, she could have put the wax at least twice to make sure the hair is removed. So, if you go there, check the waxed area carefully so that they can help you in a better way. Thanks!

Again lovely time. Even quicker than The last time with the same great results. The treatment room looked like it had a facelift since the last time I was there too which was nice. The waxing was done as quick and painless as possible. All good experience. Will definitely be booking this salon again.
