I had to wait about 40 mins..not sure why. There was only 2 staff there who couldn't give customers their undivided attention as they were also answering the phones! The treatment room could do with an update. During my treatment the phone kept ringing and Kiran answered it and was booking in her next client....how rude!! Her mobile then rang...it was ridiculous! The machinery needed to complete my facial wasn't ready and she kept on coming in & out of the room!! Floors were wooden so all I could hear was the sound of her heels!!! Not very relaxing at all. The facial was good but the overall experience wasn't. Too many bookings and not enough staff..not a good combination if you want your business to do well.

The staff were friendly and asked exactly how I wanted my brows, however I wouldn't say there HD it was more just a tidy and tint. They did look great though when finished.

Arrived at salon, and was greeted by a nice member of staff, i was shown to treatment room to have full leg and brazillian, after filing out a short info form. The shop wasnt very well presented, nor was treatment room. The wax itself was my first brazillian and i regret coming to this salon to have it done. The wax was double dipped, and was very painful (could have been due to first time). The service was nice, although the women spoke little english, and had problems communicating, she was not told it was my first time, and the wax was too hot, id also realised once i left that my treatment although booked to be with the head beautician was not. When i got home i noticed it was very very uncomfortable and about two hours after treatment it was a persistant burning feeling. I tried to soothe with aloe gel. Yet it didnt relieve the pain. Two days later im left with scabs and scars where my skin has come off/burnt, this has left permanent discolouration. Aswell as this the hair was torn off not at the root, and has now grown through after two days... There were also lots of patches left, but as i was in so much pain, i left as soon as. Its safe to say i will not go back here for any other treatments. And i STRONGLY discourage anyone else from going here - at least for waxing treatments. It was a waste of 30 pounds, and have had to get my brazillian and legs redone.
