My second time visiting this salon, really impressed with my first visit, then second time was very disappointing. My treatment was inconsistent, and was interrupted 4-5 times by other members of staff arranging appointments etc with the person conducting my treatment.
The ambience was not good, open stairways had people walking up and down, and the section I was at was only covered by a thin curtain. It was not relaxing.
My massage was initially interrupted by another appointment booking, which then was rushed and not at all enjoyable. I felt like I was an inconvenience being there.
Honestly so disappointed as I wanted to gain a local salon to frequent as I have justices here.

Good wax which was quick and lasted well. The staff were very friendly and had to fill out a health questionnaire beforehand which was reassuring to see they follow good standards. Room wasn't the best decorated but perfectly adequate

I have been a regular customer of Kiran's for the last 3 years.
Even though I don't live in Manchester anymore I travel back to her salon as finding the skill and comfort you get in Elegance is worth travelling for. Appointments are easy to get and convenient, Kiram had stayed late on numerous occasions to accomdate me. Her skill with waxing and threading is excellent. Facials are also very good and relaxing. Good value for money as well. Definitely will stay a regular customer as I haven't come across another salon that compares.
Amazing massage....best I have had in England. Had a lot of massages in India and as good! Loved the hot stones too and that I was listened to with what I wanted. Have already re booked....
