I have been attending Elegance Salon for many years and accessed a wide range of services. Keron the salon manager has a warm, friendly approach and is so sincere. I always feel relaxed and comfortable with her.
Keron will tailor services to meet the needs of the client and there is no hard sell tactics or pressure to buy - Just a genuine person.
Keron provides a quality service and progressive in outlook, always looking for new and innovative products to develop.
Most of all she really cares about her customers.
I have been meaning to write this review for ages and eventually got round to it - but I do genuinely mean it.

I had been growing my eye brows for months after an accident so I wanted to get them done really by HD. I booked with elegance after reading good reviews on wahanda when I went in I found the salon to be very tatty & was having second thoughts about having them done there but the beautician was really nice she asked me how I wanted my brows to look so I said keep them thick but not too dark so they still look natural because I have blonde hair. After she threaded them they were a lot thinner than I wanted & looked very uneven but she said they will look thicker once the tint has been applied, she applied the tint then went to thread another customers face. Once she had wiped the tint off & I looked in the mirror I was very disappointed my eyebrows were very uneven and different shapes & the tint was on my skin over lapping the brow which looked ridiculous when I questioned her she said it was because the brow was very thin in that area & I should fill it in with powder! I told her to remove the black tint of my face which she did but I still wasnt unhappy with the shape one looked higher than the other and the gap between them was wider on one side, to be fair she did try to correct them but I still wasn't happy and had to do it myself when I got home. The beautician gave me a free appointment for next time but I don't think I will be going back there. £25.00 waisted😁
