Therapist was nice, very experienced as the nails were done in less than 30 minut s and to a high standard. The setting isn’t very relaxing as you are in the middle of a shopping centre but it’s ok, and couldn’t definitely be kept cleaner - just a wee wipe down of the nail lamps even!

I usually do my nails myself (don’t have any qualifications, just learned by doing) and the results are much the same. Not worth £27. The girl was clearly struggling, very lovely, but struggling.
