Hi there I was in to get my nails and toes done yesterday and I’m not happy with what I got charged. I had an gel infill manicure and my toes file and painted. I booked in for a pedicure it was absolutely not a pedicure as all she done was file and paint. I paid 83 pound for a gel infill manicure and my toes painted. I would like someone to contact me to explain. Because there is no way that would cost 83 pound anywhere else. I feel I have been ripped off massively.

Would have been zero stars if possible -I didn't even get to have the treatment, the extremely rude and patronising therapist told me my appointment was a mistake and to go away and come back another day. She refused to give me a refund, so not only did they not honour the appointment, they still have my money!

Wasn't told before paying online for appointmentthat I would need any sort of patch test, then when I got there she was extremely rude and wouldn't stop arguing with me about the fact Ihad already paid
