The venue is in the middle of a mall, so obviously it's rather cramped and not terribly comfortable. That said, the issue is more that the staff member was less than friendly and seemed almost resentful. I did initially think it was just me and the fact it was a busy Sunday afternoon, but unfortunately having had a brief chat today with someone I know who has also visited the same venue at a quieter time, I'm not the only one who has experienced the less than friendly and terse attitude from the manicurist. Despite the reasonable job done, I won't be retuning.

The nail technicians are had a lot of cluttered stuff around. The girls are not very friendly. Also it’s like when u ask for something as in shape length wise it’s an effort for them definitely won’t be returning. Felt like she was rushing and wanted to get the job done as quick as possible. On the phone a few times while doing my nails very unprofessional.

Overall good experience, my lashes do have some gaps which I would have preferred to have not been there! But for the price paid they are not overly noticeable!
