staff were fantastic and patient in helping me get my nail extensions off. took longer than expected but was never made to feel rushed and was constantly being checked that nothing was sore or painful (a different experience to getting them done) can't recommend highly enough

Elegance were available quite last minute which was good. I got to my half 3 appointment at 3.20 and the therapist couldn’t find my reservation and I waited about 20 minutes and had to show my confirmation email for them to still not be able to find it. However they eventually took me, I get my lashes done quite a lot and it usually takes just over an hour and in elegance they did them in 20, it felt very rushed and the lashes have only lasted a week as most of them have fallen out on their own
