My beauty therapist made a really nice job of my eyebrows. However, I was quite disappointed as I booked and prepaid for ‘Eyebrow and Eyelash tinting’ and was told it was only for one or the other. I feel this is a bit unclear and should be labelled differently on the Treatwell app to avoid confusion and disappointment in the future. It was explained to me that I had the option to pay extra for the eyelash tint at £9.99.
Lovely place, only thing I would change is that I wasn’t asked how I’d like my brows done
