Waxing is quite a painful experience but
Katy ensured I felt comfortable and relaxed. She played soothing music in the treatment room which relaxed my nerves, and she also made friendly conversation with me. I had the treatment early in the morning so it was a nice way to start my day. Katy was very kind and open, and willing to answer my questions at the end. Definitely will book with her again. Overall was a nice relaxing experience.

Ellie is very nice, amazing at waxing and particularly good in making you feel comfortable, especially if you’re wanting to get waxed in intimate areas as she is very friendly and respectful. The area is always super clean and results are excellent. Regardless of having Ellie as my therapist, all of the staff in the facility are very welcoming and respectful towards you.
