The shellac removal was a bit uncomfortable as the therapist did hurt my toes scraping a few times. I told her she hurt me but it was as if I never spoke!! The shellac reapplication was good however and I am pleased with the result

I went there second time and last one. I’ve had the most painful hollywood waxing ever. The girl was trying to pull the wax but it wasn’t going anywhere, so after few times she finally did that. I still have red mark that is painfull and not going away. To be honest the whole area is still painful.
Waxing wasn’t clean, as I still had hairs after it ( quite obvious ones, not just in random places) and places where wax was still on, so I had to remove it myself.
Underarms wasn’t waxed properly as well...
