a very nice and professional environment. waiting time was literally less than a minute since i showed up on time, darcy was very understanding and kind, ensuring that i was comfortable and relaxed throughout the process, playing calming music and making conversation throughout the waxing process. staff were very kind and sweet as i was leaving too. salon is also in a nice location with costa coffee opposite
