Ellie is very nice, amazing at waxing and particularly good in making you feel comfortable, especially if you’re wanting to get waxed in intimate areas as she is very friendly and respectful. The area is always super clean and results are excellent. Regardless of having Ellie as my therapist, all of the staff in the facility are very welcoming and respectful towards you.
