The lava shells massage and really great. Better than the hot stone massage as it gets more into the little nooks and crannies. I've booked to have another one.

Ellie was a really good massager. She applied the right amount of pressure but checked regularly that it was ok.

The staff were lovely & very attentive. Booked a luxury spa manicure appointment for my mum but unfortunately the nail tech didn't do much by way of a manicure. They didn't trim her cuticles & the nail varnish used started to chip away the next day.
