After a complaint for how the whole experience was i recived a 20£off voucher online instead of apologies.i am super upset that my tan is orange and strong as i asked for something medium and the therapist advised “just a glow”.i don’t think the productt they use is very good or i don’t know for what reason is so dark and orange and i have an important event tomorrow!😤
