They called and cancelled 40mins before my appointment, waiting for refund, but let's see how that goes as they wanted me to cancel it in the app which would mean I would have to click that I acknowledge no refund is coming. Have contacted Treatwell, let's see how this goes..

The masseuse was great, I told her exactly where I was having pain, and she really focussed on that area. It was the firmest sports massage I'd ever had, but it was exactly what I needed.
