The venue was clean but nothing fancy. The massage itself was well done and the therapist was kind and discrete. The disappointing bit was that - despite being clearly advertised as a1 hour massage treatment - it ended up after 45 minutes only!
there was no clock on the wall and I wasn't wearing a watch so I realized that only when I checked the time on my mobile phone down in the street and realized only 50 minutes have passed. I didn't bother to go back up and complain but I wasn't impressed.
it was a shame the massage was 10 min shorter then advertised,but so far this has happened at slimmer every venue that I have visited, nevertheless it has been one of the best massages I have had so far!!!
I will go back with or without a wahanda voucher and recommend this venue to everyone.

the therapist was very thorough and found all my knotty muscles!!
The massage is very intense and at times, especially on the calves, quite painful, but that's what I was expecting, and she does keep asking if you're ok.
She gives you the option of using tiger balm, which you then have to pay for at the end, so beware, if you do not want to incur any extra costs. I didn't mind as I felt the benefit straight away and I did get a good deal for the massage
Would definately go back there again and try another type of massage and maybe try out the hair salon as well.

The location was easy to find and the reception staff were really nice.
i would not call it elegent and not a very soothing entrance. right in the heart of tourist london! there was lots of activity and noise. but the therapist was good and the treatment room was away form the noise. the treatment was ok. nothing spectacular and i am not sure i would go back. but a good place to know if you are in the heart of leciester square and suddenly want a treatment.
not very easy to find either as none of the buildings were numbered. more luck than skill in finding the studio.
