This is my second visit to Elegance. The receptionist is as always very welcoming and polite. However, this time, I learned that the therapist has a clock counting down 45 minutes instead of the hour that's advertised on the site. I understand that most place allow 5 minutes for customers to change clothes etc (which I think is cheating already) but 15 minutes is a bit LONG? so overall, I think I will go back again if I can get a decent deal from Wahanda, but definitely not worth the full amount.
The Elegant Hair and Beauty Studio looks at first glance to be a hair studio with a few rooms hidden out the back for other treatments and this is because of the set-up. You walk into the main hair salon as soon as you enter the studio. It was not overly pretty, but the service was good and the massage felt great. Given that the offer was for £10 it was a great deal. I would reccomend this to others, if they can secure a good discount, however I think you could find somewhere a bit nicer if you were happy to pay more.
The was a little difficult to find. the reception area was nice. we were not left to wait long and staff were friendly. Appoint availabilites were quick wich was an advantage. the theripst i had she was amazing and very thorough with the facial. iwas really happy with my treatment. i woud go there again for a treatment in the future.
I read a lot of great reviews about this salon and decided to give it a try. I was so disappointed to say the list. Booked Japanese massage. Therapist said she could only do Thai. Poured a lot of baby oil on my back and dug her finger in. She was sluggish and looked try even though I tried chatting her up. I hv had Thai massage before and it was far more better. She concentrated on pressing my shoulder blades and that was it!

This is a very central location - very easy to get to. I had booked to get my hair cut and just a little worried about letting somewhere new cut my hair. Everything however was good - the wash was very relaxing and they gave me a head massage and conditioning treatment. The cut was also good. I would visit there again.
