The person doing facials here is very good (don't remember her name but there is only one person i think) and definitely saw an improvement with my skin which was going through a hard time then.. She used Guinot products which were great... The extraction was a bit painful but I guess it's going to be and I am definitely going to go back when I'm in need of help as they have good offers on and its an affordable cleansing treatment (with extraction) and not just the standard clean and relax
very professional. the staff were friendly, and the service was attentive to my needs. i fell asleep during my facial but afterwards, my face and skin looked super clean (the blackheads were squeezed!!) and was nicely radiant for days.
Really professional. I was uber late and they were really nice and accomodating. On entering you go into a very busy hair salon/ beauty salon. The toilets not great (no loo roll) and the therapy rooms on the small side, but the massage was bliss! I had a sore shoulder, the therapist sorted that out fast (no pain next day)- I will definately be going back. Plus they have great in-house deals aswell! I would definately reccomend!
i got 2 vouchers and went with my husband for a thai massage. it was easy finding the place. the receptionist was flat but i didnt care just wanted my nice massage and be out!
jeez! was the therapist bad.. bad is an understatmet. she did not know what she was doing one bit. she was actually digging her fingers into my muscles wich are stil sore and painful til now.
the thai massage (which i have had elsewhere before) was so horrible i felt like crying because i have so looked forward to it. she kept pouring baby oil on my back. she finished abusing my poor muscles rubbed my legs and asked if i wanted water. and that was it!
i cant even start saying how bad tis was. i would spent my £22 on a lollie pop to be honest. the bed and room was tiny and had a damp smell. My poor husband said it was ok but not like what i described as he has never had one before.
i was so dissapointed as i read very good reviews about this spa.
overall i think i was so unlucky to have the worst therapist in the spa. she was quiet and looked sluggish, i even tried chatting to her

The venue isn't the easiest to find as it is just a little door which leads up a lot of stairs! When you arrive it looks like a hairdressers too which is slightly offputting, but for £10 I wasn't expecting an amazing salon. The treatment rooms are quite small but thay do the job and the therapist was very nice. I had the massage and afterwards I felt very relaxed. Overall I found the experience pretty good although I wouldn't pay full price for it and probably wouldn't go again unless they had a similar offer on.
