Really friendly staff, and therapist. The facial was amazing and left my skin refreshed and really soft. Would definitely recommend. Therapist was thorough and took her time to explain the different procedures.
The place was very difficult to find and tucked away at the top of stairs of a high floor building in China Town with a very small sign in front. The place was a bit dirty as well. The staff were very friendly, polite and nice but the hair cut was ordinary. It was also difficult explaining what I wanted due to the language. It was not a bad experience but I would probably not return.
It was a funny place to find but the treatment was very professional and the therapist was great. I had the contour warp so ended up looking like a Mummy. The results were OK and skin felt great. Just got a bit bored waiting for the mud to do its thing.
The therapist was very friendly and chatty at the start. I liked the facial, as it included a good massage and blackhead extractions. Although the latter was a bit painful, my skin felt smooth and clear afterwards. There was nice relaxing music playing in the room during the facial and I ended up falling asleep. The products (Guinot) smelt lovely and I would definitely go back there again.
In the heart of Chinatown, this salon is compact but makes up for lack of space by offering a really friendly welcome and excellent service and expertese. I thoroughly recommend a visit.
