I went with a friend. We arrived early as we were not sure how easy it would be to find ( although it's on a busy street it is quite easy to miss). I had never had a Thai massage before and I absolutely loved it!!!
The therapist was very good and the massage was relaxing and effective. I also really enjoyed the facial; the therapist gave me some very good skin advice. I would definitely go again!
The saloon is very easy to find (right in the main street of China Town).
Soft and elegant ambience; staff very welcoming. I was offered a cup of tea at the end of the treatment, which was a back massage (brilliant, very relaxing). I gave a top mark to this saloon because I highly valued the experience and service I received that day.
The salon is ideally located in Central London, in the heart of China Town.
I chose the Shiatsu Massage as a friend had previously told me that it had to be tried, and I wasnt disappointed! The massage, focused mainly on the back muscles was excellent, and I felt really good afterwards. Will do this again regularly, and will definitely come back to that salon.
They also have do other beauty treatments (facials, other types of massages, etc...) and also have a hair salon.
I was really happy with my haircut, I saw a lady called Trinity who asked what I wanted done, and did exactly that! I also had the most thorough shampoo i've ever had. The conditioning treatment was left on for 5 mins and then the unusual thing was Trinity dried my hair fully and then cut it - something i've not experienced before, but it is how she prefers to cut hair, Afterwards she asked me if I wanted it curled to make it look natural and achieve a different look (i'd seen the finished result when it was straight) Really pleased - would definitely go again. I had to change my appointment time 3 times due to meetings and they very lovely about it. Very easy to get to from Leicester Sq station.
Its very conveniently located being in the centre of Chinatown Gerrard St. When I arrived they said that had trouble with Wahanda not having paid them in advance yet for my treatment. They were very polite about it as they sorted it out with Wahanda office. A bit disappointing as it delayed my appointment and I was trying to do it all in my lunchtime.
I was happy with my haircut as the hairdresser asked me exactly how I wanted it to be cut and listened! The only thing that wasn't so good was that they left me on the sink after they had put the treatment in. So for 5 minutes I was staring at the ceiling. In other salons, I usually get a complimentary head massage while they leave the treatment in. Nonetheless, I left the salon happy with the cut and blow dry.
